Our 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on eligible services. If you are not satisfied with our work within the first 30 days of your engagement, you may request a refund in accordance with the terms below. Because we provide digital marketing services rather than physical products, “returns” refer to cancellations and refunds of services rather than the return of goods.

Eligibility

To be eligible for a refund under this policy:

• Your refund request must be submitted within 30 days of the start date of your service or the date of your initial payment, whichever is later.

• Your account must be in good standing, with no outstanding balances.

How Refunds Are Calculated

Because our services involve time, labor, and third-party costs that begin as soon as work starts, refunds within the 30-day period are handled as follows:

• Work not yet started: If we have not yet begun work on your project, you are entitled to a full refund of any fees paid.
• Work in progress: If work has already begun, we will refund the portion of your payment that corresponds to services not yet performed. Fees for work already completed, along with any non-refundable third-party costs (such as advertising spend, paid tools, subscriptions, or licenses purchased on your behalf), are non-refundable.
• Completed deliverables: Once a specific deliverable has been completed and delivered, it is not eligible for a refund.

Non-Refundable Items

The following are non-refundable:

• Advertising budgets and ad spend paid to third-party platforms (for example, Google Ads or social media ads);
• Fees for third-party tools, software, subscriptions, domains, or licenses purchased on your behalf;
• Custom work, strategies, or deliverables that have already been completed and provided to you;
• Services beyond the initial 30-day period.

Recurring and Subscription Services

For monthly or subscription-based services, the 30-day guarantee applies to your first billing cycle only. After the first 30 days, you may cancel at any time to stop future billing, but payments already made for the current or previous billing cycles are non-refundable. To avoid being charged for the next cycle, please submit your cancellation request before your next billing date.
